Check-in/out Hours: Check-in is at 12:00 noon and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in (07:00–10:00) and late check-out (13:00–18:00) are subject to availability and a 50% room charge. Check-in before 07:00 requires booking the previous night. Late check-out after 18:00 incurs a full-day charge

Valid Identification: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification card at check-in.

Child Policy:
Children under 5 are complimentary.
Children 6–11: ₹399 + taxes, includes breakfast.
Children 12 and above: ₹799 + taxes, includes extra bed and breakfast.

No Party Policy: There will be no large gatherings or parties in rooms or suites unless approve by management.

Damage or Loss: Guests will be responsible for any damage done to hotel property or loss of items purchased or brought onto premises during the time of stay.

Visitors Policy: Only guests that were registered with the hotel will be permitted to spend the night in guests individual rooms.

Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside non-smoking rooms; the designated area is valid.

Pets Policy: Only approved pets or service animals are permitted, with proper expectations.

Payment Requirements: Payment for the stay is required before check-out.

Cancellation

If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the check-in date, you will receive a full refund. Please note that at the time of booking, we will charge the total amount for your reservation.
