Cancellation Policy
At Jyoti Resort Joypur, we aim to keep our policies transparent so guests can plan their stay with confidence.
- Cancellation made 72 hours before the arrival date: A 30% cancellation charge will apply.
- Cancellation made 48 hours before the arrival date: A 50% cancellation charge will apply.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows: A 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
The total booking amount may be charged at the time of reservation to secure your stay.
Guests are advised to contact the resort directly for cancellation requests so they can be processed quickly.
Refund Policy
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed as per the timelines below:
- Refunds (after deducting the applicable cancellation charges) will be initiated within 10 working days.
- All refunds are issued to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
- Banks or payment gateways may require additional processing time, which is outside the hotel’s control.
Guests should keep their booking reference handy when requesting refunds.
