- A reservation is considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
- Guests must ensure that all booking details (dates, number of guests, room type) are accurate before confirming the reservation.
- The hotel reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking due to incorrect information, payment failure, or policy violations.
3. Payment Terms
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate plan and availability.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or other gateways displayed at checkout.
- All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment provider.
4. Check-In Requirements
- Government-approved photo identification is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
- The primary guest must be 18 years or older.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring that all accompanying persons comply with hotel rules.
5. Hotel Rules & Guest Responsibilities
By staying at our hotel, guests agree to follow all property rules, including but not limited to:
- Check-in at 12:00 PM and Check-out at 11:00 AM
- Early check-in (07:00–10:00) and late check-out (13:00–18:00) are subject to availability and extra charges
- Valid ID required for every staying guest
- Children and extra person charges apply as per policy
- No parties or large gatherings inside rooms without approval
- Damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest
- Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight without registration
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas
- Only approved pets/service animals are permitted
The hotel reserves the right to deny service or request a guest to leave if rules are violated.
6. Cancellation & Modification Policy
Cancellations and amendments are subject to the terms stated in our Cancellation Policy, available separately on the website.
Charges apply as follows:
- 30% charge if cancelled 72 hours before arrival
- 50% charge if cancelled 48 hours before arrival
- 100% charge for cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy:
- Refunds (after deductions) will be initiated within 10 working days
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment
- Processing time may vary based on bank/payment gateway
8. Pricing & Taxes
- Rates displayed on the website are subject to applicable taxes, including GST.
- Prices may vary based on season, occupancy, room type, or promotional offers.
- The hotel reserves the right to revise prices at any time.
9. Force Majeure

Exclusive jurisdiction will be with the courts located in West Bengal, India.
